Return and Refund Policy

Tudalump conforms to UK legislation with regards to returns and refunds.

Personalised and custom orders are non refundable unless faulty.

Online orders may be cancelled within 14 days of order. Orders returned outside of this window will need to state the reason for return and are subject to the discretion of Tudalump in accordance with UK legislation.

Any items being returned which have been damaged due to actions taken by the customer cannot be accepted however may still qualify for partial refund or repair.

In the event that a refund has been requested and falls within the qualifying criteria, this will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned qualifying goods.

Should you be unsatisfied with a product please contact Tudalump via email at - tudalumpcrafts@gmail.com and we will endeavour to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made.
